Refund and cancellation policy
This policy explains what you pay, when you can cancel and when we refund your money. It is the same policy set out in our Terms and Conditions and in our emails.
1. 24 hours access (0.50 €)
You pay 0.50 € for 24 hours of full access to your report, your certificate and the games. This is digital content delivered immediately: when you pay, you expressly request immediate access and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. For this reason, this amount is not refundable.
2. Monthly subscription (39.90 €/month)
If you do not cancel before your 24 hours of access ends, a subscription of 39.90 €/month starts automatically. It is charged in advance each month until you cancel it.
3. Refunds of renewals
We refund a 39.90 € renewal if you request it by email to support@iqboost.mobi within 48 hours of the charge and you have not used your account since that renewal. The refund is made to the original payment method and, depending on your bank, may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account, at iqboost.mobi/unsubscribe, or by writing to support@iqboost.mobi. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Charges after cancelling
If you were charged after cancelling, write to us at support@iqboost.mobi and we will refund that charge.
